Myself, Cull Buck, Clay, Cantexduck, Mark, Courtney, Tait and Sticka Dan made a hunt Sunday before the Super Bowl. We ended up catching 7 hogs ranging from 150-200#. I didn't get a single pic but we did get some pretty good video footage. Its got some good bays, the catch dogs hitting, Clay falling face first into a thorn bush, Mark almost getting his leg eaten by a hog, and Sticka Dan having to swim the river to stick a hog and the dogs almost drowning him on his way back. This was a place we call the "swamp" in Brazoria County. I think from the video you can tell how the place got its name. We decided we better start hitting this place now because in a couple months those bayou's will be full of gators. Probably one of the more physically grueling hunts we've had lately but had a blast the whole time (except for the swim). Clay's nose dive just about cost me a laptop last night when I almost spit my drink out from laughing.  Savoy, great hunting with you man. You have an open invite to hunt the "dirty south" anytime. Next time you might want to bring a life jacket. Thanks again for picking up and dropping off dogs for me! |

I could not stop laughing after having watched the video. It was definately a fun hunt. Everyone seemed to make up for texas-cur's falls this weekend, including me.  (luckily it wasnt on video cuz Im holding the camera) I enjoyed it guys. |

It is a female, her name is Riley and she belongs to Clay Pope. She is still a pup, but doin great |
