Went out with my Dad and Brother and we hunted for a little while before we found any sign . All i had on the ground was Sadie and two pups about 9 months old. Sadie was hunting hard and pulled out and started working an area. Then she took off. She got about 500 yards and started baying hard. I started walking to her with De'Angelo and got about 300 yards and stopped to listen. Couldn't hear her baying so i'm thinking it broke. Whooped out the ol Garmin and it showed her to still be bayed. kept walking to herr and then i could hear a little squelling and some grunting so I cut De'Angelo loose to back her up . Got to em and it was a little boar about 80 lbs . Got back to the truck and decided to call it a day . By the time we would get back home and get the hog dressed and put in the freezer it would be Super Bowl time. Oh by the way < < WHO DAT WHO DAT WHO DAT SAY GONNA BEAT DEM SAINTS > > Sadie . . . . May not be the best dog in the world but she is the BEST i have EVER had .  |
