I've a got a 1/2 Catahoula 1/2 redbone gyp that is around 3 years old. She's a medium to long range dog and I don't have any sort of tracking system to keep up with her (my other dogs are close to medium range). She's mostly trash broke unless she hasn't been on a hog in awhile . then I've seen her bark at a deer, but I think it was out of boredom. I've had her for about a year and she's been on plenty of pigs. She got cut twice by a boar (not bad cuts) and kept baying. She's not gritty and just keeps barking even when the catch dog catches. She's hard to catch when its time to stop hunting but I've always been able to drop the tailgate and drive off and she will load up. She doesn't have a bit of quit in her. Would like to trade her for a close to medium range gritty strike dog. I need a dog that will put a tooth in a runner. Prefer a female. Let me know what ya got. Located in northeast texas. Thanks

I've got to trade for a dog that's got some grit. Need one that will stop a runner.

This dog will be coming back from a trial tomorrow or the next day. The fella that had her said she hunted good and bayed very good. Said she ran out a couple of times on her own around 500 yards but then came back. I've never had a garmin so I didn't know how far she got out. Don't think she'll make a lead dog by any means but I know she will honor a bay and should make a good addition to a pack. I just don't need a dog that goes out futher than my other two dogs if she is gonna need help. Will take $300 OBO for her.

I know this dog has a lot of hunt in her and I hate that she didn't work out for the fella that had her but that's just how it goes sometimes. I know she's a heck of a bay dog and does what you want a bay dog to do when you're on a pig. Just don't think she will stick with a runner by her self. Will answer any questions you have as best I can.

I need this dog gone before next weekend because I'm getting a 4 month old and I really didn't expect her back. Plus I won't have room for both. She is not a cull even the guy that had her on trial said that. Make an offer.
