Killed a big sow and this is what we found in the brush beside her.
Katie has wanted to raise one or two but we have NINE.
They are maybe a lb. They fit in your hand.
Anyone that wants one can have one.
They probably aren't a day or two old.

I have some that are brindle with a white stripe. hamp looking ones.
white with black spots. etc. none are solid colors

We have one that we caught back the first of November.  Just for kicks we've raised several like that and they're kind of a pain at first...bottle feeding, weaning to solid food, etc. but a lot of fun at the same time.  Ours is now about 20 pounds (they grow REALLY fast) and thinks he's a puppy (other than scraps, his main diet even consists of dog food).  Let him out and he follows you around, likes to be picked up, etc.  He's super tame and our boys have had a good time messing with him.

Bryant, I have raised a few. I had one that we caught real young like this and I had him eating oreos and dog food. We had him puppy pad trained.  Wink
It was a pain but fun like you said.

Tony - not so close to Lufkin - about 4 hrs and 45 minutes

my nephew has one that he raised from that size, she's now three years old, and weighs a little over 300 lbs., lives in their backyard with their dogs.
