I know the fellas in Hawaii run this cross but what about here in the states ? Friend of mine said some guys in Oklahoma were huntin this cross. Anyone know how it goes ?

There are days when I would love to be chasing hogs in Texas with ya guys but the only snakes and other wild critters I've ever seen were behind a plexiglass window in our zoo!  I believe Bo had an ad in the Dog Trade bout Whippet/Bull puppies a few months back. I'm not sure if he has any experience with them but it could be worth a shot. I got one of the female pups from Bo. She is really fast and athletic to say the least. Never had any experience with this cross before but I sure like her looks and confirmation. Have big hopes for her. I'll try to post a pic of her tomorrow in the daylight.

I have seen the cross with bull there are game and they can move not my style they will tear the you no what out of a hog but if you run dogs that lock down these dogs will wind him up in and out but they do put a mean hurt on the boar

Good friend of mine has a male in Missouri. Very fast but only been on small game so far. He'll put him on a hog before long. The pup is only about 8-10 months old. He sold the other male pup to a guy here in GA who planned on using him on hogs. I'll try to get an update for you.

Bo, do you have any pics of them pups and or the parents? I used to have a whippet I ran on rabbits,he was fun and fast and he had a shot of pit/patterdale in him. Here he is....   |

can't get her to sit still to take a good picture yet..lol Will try again tomorrow. I haven't seen a picture of the parents either so I can't help you with that, but one way or another I'll get a picture of Flash tomorrow
