Me and my two youngest met up with Chris, Mandi and their girls along with their neighbors and Matt this morning. Turned the dogs out in a block of woods and had a group bayed in just a few minutes. Ended up with two sows and three 25# shoats.

Striker, Tweety and Daisy, Striker's a little bigger then his grandma...

Kids and one of the sows...

Got to try out my new trailer and hog/dog box. Chris had his neighbor make me two ETHD logos on his CNC plasma cutter that we welded on the box...

Y'all reckon these hogs have a little Russian in them...

At one point this morning I had a shoat in my left and stood there and watched the dogs spin the sow in the pics, the catch dog hit, and then I walked in and legged that hog with my free hand....that is what I call a GOOD MORNING!!  Enjoyed it amigos!!

The Tweety dog in the middle is a catahoula. The pup on the left has a little bit of everything... 3/8 bmc, 1/4 cat, 1/4 brindle cur and 1/8 plott.

The white pup is AB/dogo.

Must be the camera angle on that Striker dog, he's big but not as big as he looks in the pic. Shocked

Looks good!

Tell me about Daisy.

Bryant,

Daisy is going into full time catch dog training... gotta give the old man a break with the heat coming on. This is only her second time in the woods. She's very easy to handle, quiet, well mannered and real good around people and other dogs... not skittish at all. Didn't send her on these hogs, Chris called and thought it was a decent boar, so I kept her back and we sent two others. I think she'll be fine, she was very fired up and wanting to get the hog after we brought them out.
