I an unable to turn it on or charge dc20 collar.  I have already replaced battery w/new one but no luck.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks in advance

Call Garmin and tell them you are sending it back and want it replaced with a DC-30.. Garmin's customer service has been great for me. You will probably have to pay something to have it swapped but it's worth it. Those DC-20's are junk..
