I need a hog for a family reunion by 4-3-10. This reunion is also a birthday celebration for my 85 year old uncle who is a Korean War Veteran. I really want to do something special for him so I would like to smoke the whole hog and put it in the center of the table. Im willing to pay for it if the price is reasonable.
