Here are some pics of my pups in "their" new kennels.  There are still a few things that need to be done to call them finished but they have come pretty far since I bought the land a few months ago.  I am real happy with this set up and will have my older dogs over there from across the street in the next few days.

Thanks Sean,
The only problem I am having is trying to re-teach my cur pups to crap on the dirt.  Each run has 8' of concrete and 16' additional dirt but they have figured out when they dig at the edge on the dirt they hit the hot wire and associate that shock with the dirt and have quite going out there.  I feel pretty bad, poor guys just live on the concrete.  Boo figured it all out and craps like she should at the far end of the kennel but they are too wimpy I guess and are scared of the wire.

I would love to have a set of kennels like that with runs, that way they can come and go in their own areas, that is a great set up!  those are also some very nice looking pups - hopefully they get over the hot wire phobia and just learn to quit digging.

Ha thanks guys!  This is a trip down memory lane here.  That was nearly 5 years ago  Shocked  That little black dog "crow" was a real nice dog that I enjoyed hunting behind and died way to young unexpectedly.  That yella dog was his sister and I have no clue what ever happened to her.  The white dog is still alive and kicking I think somewhere south of Houston.

Nice kennels wouldnt hold mine. The roof on my kennel is about 6 inches from the pannel and my BMC climbs from kennel to kennel. A sight to see how he does it. You can see him suck his belly in to get between the roof and pannel.

All these kennels have since been torn down and I built some "real" kennels at my new house.

How do you like the deck boards over the concrete for a floor?  I've had both and they both have their advantages and disadvantages..
