Went doggin with Brian last night. The wind  was blowing about 20 mph out of the south so we had to cover the ranch from north to south the best we could. We had the dogs on the riggin platform and off we went. Thor started acting ancy so I dropped him and he did a 213, no hog Angry started driving allittle further and he started getting ancy again so I dropped him and he was gone, about a minute later he opened up and Brian and I dropped the box, When we got to the bay we found Thor trashing on a cow Angry thought he was trash broke, so from now on shock collar for him. We drove down the road and Brians dog Andramada rigged so we dropped her and the rest of the dogs on the platform and a few minutes later the dogs opened up. We were allittle hesitant to drop the box just in case they were trashing but we decided to do it anyway. The garmin showed the dogs to be about 700 yards away on a solid bay, so we drove within 200 yards and got Rhino and Juvi our catchdogs and started walking, we heard the hog grunting so we knew it was a hog and cut the catchdogs loose. We watched on the garmin on the map setting and seen rhino and juvi getting close, then the sqeel, caught hog. We legged the hog and stuck it. We started checking dogs and sure enough  Thor had three cuts on his neck and one in his chest, so we loaded the dogs and headed home to tend to Thor. Brian stapled Thor up and hes goona be fine. Thanks Brian for fixing Thor
. Enjoy the pics.

Thanks for the comments guys. Mike, Thor is almost three years old and came from the Ben strain from 4-D Kennels. Awesome dog, rolls out and hunts but rough as a cob. Going to tempararely retire him where I can breed him, at the rate he is going he is'nt gonna make it too much longer.

Potter, u ever tried to cut his canines, it might make him back up a little.  I had a black cur one time and it helped alittle on him, not totally but it got him to thinkin a little bit

Thanks for the comments fellas. Highwater Kennels I have never heard of cutting his canines, but I think I will leave Thor how he is, but thanks for the info anyway.
