My cousins run greyhounds during the winter months and was looking for somethin to do during the summer.. This is what they come up with... They ran a lure (looks like a real yote) just off the road and ya dump dogs on the road from your truck. The track is a 1/4 mile -/+ They dont run muzzles or well didnt. I was there and really enjoyed it.. The races will be Saturday May 22nd at 2pm.  There is no entry fee or trophy's, just a fun time!  If enough dogs show up they will run seasoned dogs in a group and pups in another group.  They run 3 dogs per race and take the winners from each race and redraw them to run against each other all the way down to the final 3 dogs.  Anyone interested in racing or have any questions call Craig at (405) 250-7512.  We race south east of Verden, Oklahoma.

We can't make it out, but please take and post pics of the event. Sounds like a fun time. I can't wait to see photos and find out what mix (or purebred) wins the whole deal. Drag racing sight hounds just seems like it would be a blast.

Cheers

Well, what won? I'm dying to know if it was a purebred or a cross.
