Trent and I had a good double last night. I wont speculate the weight because we didnt weigh them, but there is over 500 lbs of pork between them. The black barr was muchh bigger than the sow, we just didnt get a good picture to do him justice.

That was my thought exactly Mike.  First barr I have ever caught around my place.  This guy was fighting the dogs off the sow while we watched.  Very cool stuff to watch a hog knock my bulldogs around while they were caught on another.  Dispatched the sow because Luke and Ruby rolled with the barr who was nice enough to bay in a 3 ft deep mud hole.

That sow's the same color as the biggest feral hog I've ever seen, great pigs man!  Prettiest scene I've ever witnessed was watching my dogs spin a 3-pack of 250# boars in a field trying to get one out... hard enough to catch a hog that size when you got 2 others knockin' you off Grin

That's some "thick" lookin' terrain yall having to press through Grin

That sow is down right pretty looking!!  I really like hogs that color, too bad the barr wasn't that color with about 5" teeth  Grin that would be my dream shoulder mount.  Good job guys!

Thanks Matt it was something I wont forget watching them bay and fight.  Noah there was another piebald just as big in the tall grass, but didnt hang around like the barr.  Thanks capt jack, it was my third night in a row got skunked the other two.  Guess the dogs deserved this one. Wink
