 Wild hog hunt July 16,17 & 18 Navasota Texas Grimes County. 4-F bay pen is putting on a wild hog hunt, The teams will consist of 2 to 4 people.You will be allowed to wiegh in your five heaviest hogs. Hogs must be caught free range during the specified hunting hours. No hunting high fence or pens. Hogs must be caught with dogs. Pay back will be 80% of all entries. Pay back on first, second and third place. Hogs may be caught any where in the state. You may register on site Friday the 16 from seven am til 12 noon. You can pre-register by mailing a cashiers check or money order to John Dockery PoBox 545 millican Tx. 77866. Include the name of your team and designate one member of your team as team Captain. The entry fee is 200.00 $ per team. The hunt will begin at 12 noon on Friday the 16 and end at 12 noon on Sunday the 18.
 Wiegh in wil be from 12 noon sunday the 18 til 5:00 pm Sunday the 18. You will not be allowed to wiegh hogs after 5:00 pm on Sunday unless you are in line. All hogs must be alive at wiegh in. Directions to the pen are, going east out of Navsota on HWY 105 turn onto county road 446 and follow signs.

Hows that Doc puppy working out...I'd give you a call and check on him, but calling from Iraq ain't always reliable...Appreciate and Good luck on the hunt coming up.

Hey Buddy glad to hear from you he has been on about ten hogs he is a little ruff picked up some new scars i will keep hunting him for you til you can finish him yourself, stay safe brother i am praying for your safe return to the land of the free.

Glad to hear everything is going good for you with the pup...I appreciate all the prayers and Im sure my wife does to Smiley...I figured he would be rough with how he was as a puppy, its a great cross and some fine looking dogs you produced, I was lucky to get ahold of one...Whats his style of hunting right now?

He is starting to range out with the bigdogs a little more i hope he will soon be going on his own. I will keep you up to date on his progress. We will not be doing a lot of hunting for the next few months because of the heat ha ha ! because I do not hunt at night. Stay safe and get your tail home that away.

Just thinking off the top of my head, who thinks they will be able to attend this contest. We already have a team setup and I was just curious who else does or will have a team!!!

I was planning to do it since its close to home but my dad is going to Florida for two weeks and my brother is out working in Snyder so I won't have a team Sad

This is the one in July so yes I am good to go.  As far as this Sat morning yes I can and want to go too. Just let me know what time to be there.  I may come out Friday night with my boy and stay in the Tepee Hotel.  The one on the 26th is a go too so again just let me know what time to get there.
