Caney Creek Hog Doggers

Went on a hunt with Shawn who I have recently met, he brought along his friends Lamar and D'Wayne, who are really nice ppl. We set out to a place where I figured hogs would be due to fresh signs around a ditch next to a hay field. The dogs winded the hogs which were in the ditch, we saw at least 30 of them 3 were really big. Lamar made a plan to cut this big one of so it would be easier to catch. The dogs busted the hogs up and Lamar's plan worked, we caught this hog that went over 300lbs within 5 min. It was a good to hunt with new ppl who became new friends. Thanks guys, it was really exciting catching this hog. I wasn't sure who had who's back when it was time to get down and dirty with this big boy but I figured it out when 3 big guys were right beside me. I never hunted with Lamar and D'Wayne but they were a good hand to have on this hog and hopefully we catch many more together |
