i got a collar that every time u go to use it has a question mark and it says she is .91 miles away and the collar is right beside me. it is a brand new collar and it worked the first few hunts and then it stoped workin. what do i need to do

 try removing the collar from ur dog list and reconnect it with the astro unit and try it again. u may also try letting the battery drain all the way down till the collar turns off own its own and then recharge it and see what it does if it still dont work, get ahold of garmin send it to them. im fixn to hav to do it with 1 of my collars.

I unscrewed the silver piece and theres a plastic cover and i unscrewed it and unplugged these two white pieces attached 2 the battery and left it unpluged for about a minute and then put it all back together then deleted the collar off the system and then reprogramed it and so far it has worked fine.
