Got to make a hunt this past weekend with some good friends down in South Louisiana. Thre, Herchiel, Our friend , Beau, from Ohio came down also and brought some dogs. It was hotter than HATIES but we caught 3 hogs. Nothing big to brag about but some excellent dog work in the HEAT. With the last hog being caught at 2:00 pm . And most of all some good fellowshipping .

Beau Trying to cool off . He said he was showing us how they make snow angels in Ohio . LOL

Thre, and Beau taking a breather after a long hot walk to the caught hog

Jane cooling off all the way up to her nostrials

Marvin,

Did you get rid of your "white" dogs?  The greys look good, but I'd rather see your ol' fashioned white catching machines.   Wink

Your buddies have a good sense of humor. I like that.

...came close to drinking it once or twice too... Undecided

Man alive, y'all are hard core!  Good hogs and an A+ for effort. When the temp starts rising it is time to head to the house!

Tell Thre that he's too old to be out in playing in the heat...

Sure looks hot out there, and I am glad it was y'all and not me in those photos.

It was hot!! We had a good time and caught 3 but I was good after the first one. The dogs didn't want to quit and by the time we made to the third one I'd really had enough. Marvins dog just didn't want to stop he had another one bayed after the third one but I think he was as hot as we were and Marvin was able to catch him.

Circle C I am getting to old to be out there in the heat of the day. We didn't strike the first pig until 11am. You know how it is when you have people in town and want to put'em on a hog. It was that,  lets try this one more spot before we go and all heck breaks loose. I was satisfied with one. LOL
