I might have a new spot along the South Sulphur River and was wondering if any of you on here have hunted it. If so how thick are the hogs there? Thanks

Who owns that property right there where the bridge is out and along the river to 118? Is it privately owned all the way to the river? I thought that would be some good huntin in there!

Not sure, we were parking on the west side down past that old beer store of where the bridge is out and walk hunting the river bottom back towards 118 from there when the waters down you can walk the river several miles, this was before all of the rain last fall.

Hunt county constable friend of mine said there use to be devil worshipers that gathered on the commerce side of the bridge and down in the river, that why the county put the road block up on that side up the road from the bridge. Not sure if that's true but I've been told that by the game warden as well.:@

Lot of small land owners in that area, hard to get enough to hunt right through there. I have a heck of a place not too far from there on the sulphur, but the land owners around the property dont want anyone hunting. So, I just dont go over there anymore   Cool

We would try to catch them down in the river bottom where the banks were to high for them to get out only worked a couple times.

I just Got access to a good spot off 1530 just out of Cooper a little ways, about a 100acers of bottom stretched out between some corn and soybean fields but it's took spittle bit a kissing a$$ with the land owner and the farmer.  They put up some hot wires to keep hogs out of the corn but it didn't work all that well lol!!
