Woke up this morning at about 5:30 and was wide awake so i told myself im gunna go run my creek by the house and i loaded up Jane,hector,and Miller and turned them loose at about 6 pushed them down the creek about 60 yards and the race was on hector started working hard and then i seen jane following up on the garmin they would run about 100 yards stop bay up i'd get about 75 away and it would break and run again hector was having hell considering he is my only finished dog and jane is 8 months old he stopped and bayed that hog about 4 different times and just could keep him they ran 4 miles on the garmin and just could put a stop to it ended up gettin close to a main road so i called them off never got to see the hog but the tracks weren't the biggest i think we ran a smaller sow she sure was fast and knew was a dog was ... gunna go back this evening and see if she was dumb enough to stick around

yur not the only one . me and a buddy went scottland hunted all over this dairy and granddad said drive out in the feild . there was some silege in the middle of feild maybe 100x100 circle so we drove out there down wind and put 2 dogs on ground sure enough 1 dog went in and bayed so we turned 2 more dogs out and then we saw the boar &shoat break and 6 miles later we had a 17 month old pup quit it was 830 am she got hot but i just wont you to no yur not alone.

lol that aint no number 2 haha it sucks but thats part of it my big dog keeps lookin at me like what the hell this pup aint keepin up but im gunna wait till night fall and turn loose on my rubs again and hopefully i'll tie that sow tonight

Im gunna do my best i need some bacon on the table anyway so if i catch this sow she might just get stuck tonight i'll be by myself so somethings gunna die

man i'll be damned if i didn't jump on the same rub i have out ... ran 3 MILES this time they stopped and had her bayed for quite sometime ... i was alone tonight and huntin on foot so by the time i got within 400 yards they broke again and i was so tired from runnin to them they ran her A LONG WAYS !!! didn't get the meat though i think im gunna have to call in the rough dogs to seal the deal im giving it one more shot tomorrow night before i break out the rcd my pup stayed with my big dog the whole time i was almost positive i had her caught and then she broke 3 times on me tonight bayed broke bayed broke bayed broke and never looked back if she comes back she is gunna meet a 1/4 pit 3/4 bmc and he should do the trick im insanely tired right now lol hope you all had good luck if yall ran tonight ... im goin to sleep haha later
