7/30/10 hunt Redemption

well went out last Friday to try and redeem our selves from the last two hunts were we hit some shouts but couldn't stop them..we set out at the same spot trying to find the little devils but had no luck so we went up the creek to a spot where there are some ponds to see if we could have any luck and we sure did... i took my 7 month old ridgeback with us this time  to start getting him in the woods had him on a leash. had walked him all evening and was just about ready to just let him run for awhile when we heard the dogs hit.. ol Alee,Joker,Brume,Trailer,and the rest of the pack were just a baying so me and my boy took off my buddy Gen was coming up from behind with the CD and be fore he could get there our other CD already had him caught. Decided to let him run to see what he would do hoping he might bay some but he didn't Gus is really going to make a great CD (cat/pit). well it was not a great big one about 170 lbs but he was a good one had him caught in the pond. really nice to get one after chasing those little ones for the last couple of weeks and not getting anything.... oh yea my pup was in on it too sure glade i brought him looks like he might make it..

Sounds like a good hunt .. i've been having hell with about a little 100-120lbs sow by my house got her on game cam at my rub all the time she is just fast i only have one finished dog and a 8 month old gyp they ran her 3 miles last night before i started hoopin and hollarin i hope she comes back tonight cause im going to fresh pack her ass with the rough dogs

thats what we were trying to do brougth the whole pack with us. We were going to stope one of those little devils.
