From yalls experience what is the cheapest way to make some good hog bait?

I use corn, diesel, and gelatin powder. Corn first then cover with gelatin powder(cherry, rasberry ect..) and top with diesel. Like candy to em'.

I use corn or any grain I like some type of pellets or cow cake with koolaid cherry or rasberry or both then water and cheap whiskey.  Seems that coons don't hit it quit as hard with the cow cake or pellots and hogs love it

first thing i thought of is a big bad boar getting drunk on whiskey, and ready to fight anything that gets in his way!!! Then again when he passes out he will be easy to catch!!!!

If you want cheep then try bakeries and grocery stores for old bread and tortillas. Its free. I know some guys that get all of the old corn tortillas that they wanted from some factory in Houston. They bait honey holes and traps with them.
To keep the other critters away and off their bait they used WD-40 to spray everything down. It works well for them.

I use diesel the hogs love they like to role around in it as well it supposedly kills the lice on them and no other animals will eat it except for a hog if you pour diesel on it.

thats how i would do it i get posthole diggers and dig a hole that way the pigs can root is up and not whip you out as fast
