Yep, you can get a catch dog or a strike dog or a variation of either or both or you might get a dog that don't catch or strike at all. Too many orrrrs....

dont wanna stir the pot but if you replace the picture of the pit with a pic of "ol Yeller" i wonder what folks would say, what i mean is none of us know a thing about that pit or your gyp, but immediatly say dont do it , where for all i know you could take two trashy, skiddish, no hunting curs and tie them up and if all we know on the internet is what they look like youll get a bunch of people saying go for it.

as far as the argument that there is plenty of other dogs being sold on the internet, thats true but is that what you want?, a crapshoot where all you know for sure is that when you go to pick up the pup you choose its mom looks like a cur? theres plenty of good honest folks breeding curs that you can meet on here but when it comes down to it all you will have to go on is the word of a man you know from the www.

the truth is if you breed those two dogs the only thing you can KNOW is youll end up with pups. im going out on a limb here and guessing your probably like most of us and dont have acsess to a thirty year line of hard-bred dogs and your probably just trying to take dogs that you like and make more dogs you will like. have at it man, do what you think is in your own best intrest!

IMO. Breed'em if you need'em. Other wise theres alot of other PitXcur crosses out there, and you can find quite a few that are free to huntin homes.  You might try it once and they might be some great dogs, but they might not be. Its a toss of a coin.

I think it's more your decision than ours.  Nice looking dogs.

x2 or however many LOL.

I like that cross and it is a cross alot of hunters in my area use. My best dogs have been from that cross and free LOL. An as soon as I can find some more I will get some LOL.
