ok in not sure of what they are called but they bolt onto a 3\4 axle so u can put duals on it. i have a full set front and back and the wheels. one of the spacers the lug holes are wallered out a little but the other 3 and the wheels are in great shape. i bought them with a farm truck i had but sold the truck. make an offer if your interested.

yea it is a dually conversion. it convertes a 3/4 ton into a dually. it looks like a one ton when the spacers and rims are on your truck. it was on my truck i had a 3\4 ton truck with a 1ton dually dew eze bed. i hope that helps explain what it is. im not sure what year models it fits but it was on a 1985 ford truck.
