[Draggin Weight]

This is the first time posting on a hunt, so bear with me. We headed out about 7 this am . with my Bella(Cat x Plot gyp), Gideon(Lacey x Pit) Lil Bit (CD PIT)and jakes Oreo(small cat) Sassy (ybmc) Areial (Lacey x Pit Gideon littermate sis) Champ(cd Pit) . we no longer pulled in the gate and Bella and Oreo start winding in the bed of the truck oreo bails out as soon as we stoped with bella in right behind him. Within 15 mins we have our first bay bella in a creek bottom all by time the other dogs get there the hog breaks they get him stoped bout 35yards when he breaks for bout another 20 -30 yards when bella and oreo stop him. i cut lil bit loose just 2 give them a had it was a lil boar bout 150 lbs get him hoobled up and tied 2 a fence post. and bella was off again she makes a few big loops and nothing . We were bout 2 head 2 another pasture when crossing  a creek we hear bella fire off in the creek bed bout 50 yard away. me and jake leave my lil girl on the 4wheeler cause i can tell by the way the dogs were baying he was pretty big.  Me and Jake make our way up the creek by that time  they were on the bank and we could not see them well me and lil bit make our way up the bank were we see what i call a monster i tell jake 2 let  Champ loose and i cut Bit loose. Bit hit this boar head on mouth 2 mouth cause the boar had turned and headed toward me. Bit caught on the mout and champ on the front leg cause the ears were taken by the curs. the strange thing is this big boar had a deformed back leg so we could no hooble him.  SO i called Noodle over 2 shank her first pig but she didnt want 2 she was a lil scared cause of all the noise. so i took care of it  we are guessing he weighted about 285-295lbs. i knew lil bit was cut but didn know really how bad till i get a real good look at her 1 puncture from the inside of her mouth and came out the side of her snout, and one 2 then back of the mouth. but she will b ok. all in all not a bad hunt for a hour if Bit wasnt hurt we would of kept hunting cause we saw a pack of shoats run as we were loading up.
