I hope you used a no flash game cam. I did that once before and they took my first camera so I bought a no flash and ended up catching them.

Ditto on the poem, touching. Nothing drives a woman more crazy than messing with her pack, and sounds like megan091 means business. I wish her happy hunting in seeing that these animals did not die in vain. Get'em!

Sorry to hear of your loss, guys. I hope you nail their nads to the wall. My wife and I bought a chocolate lab when we got married. Had him 9 1/2 years and somebody poisoned him right in our backyard. He was the best dog I ever had. There wasn't an aggressive bone in his body, until I told him to be aggressive. He'd do anything I told him to do. Some POS poisoned him.

People in Conroe really dont like Dogs period. We had animal control called on us all the time, For no reasons as well! Some lady went as far as sending a letter to the editor of the Conroe Courier with false accusations, she said that we had over 30 pit bulls and that they were just running loose and were a danger to all the elderly and children in our area....I laughed my butt off when I read what she had wrote, because we didnt have pitbulls at all but that letter got us evicted from our property even though we did not have 30 pit bulls and our dogs NEVER ran loose. Everyone knows what happens when you let a hunting dog run loose...they go out and hunt... so common sense would be that you never let em run loose unless you are out hunting. We could not afford to lose a good dog, But every one assumed cause we had a lot of dogs that every dog running around the neighborhood was ours. One of our neighbors had a chow and a pitbull that ran loose all the time, they tried to attack our neighbors son and our other elderly neighbor (they knew those were not our dogs) and I later found out why that lady wrote the nasty letter about us, her little yorkie was mauled and killed by the chow so it ticked her off and she decided to blame it on us, But it was too late, our landlords had already read the letter and told us that they were being harrased cause of the dogs We had our lawyer contact the editor of the Conroe Courier and let him have it because that story was false, they made sure to send us a photographer and a reporter so that they could make a retraction to that story. I remember when they came over to the house, the reporter was a lady and the photographer was a guy, They were shocked at how friendly all the dogs were, my niece who at the time could not walk very well would stumble through where all the dogs were chained and not once did they ever knock her down or do anything aggressive to her. Because of our dogs she is not afraid of animals. That was three years ago but we did come out on the front page of the newspaper, Big Ol picture of me with one of our catahoulas and a long story, I will try to scan the letter the lady wrote and the retraction and post it as another topic. Later on I ran into the ladys daughter in law and we had a conversation about the "people with the pitbulls" and I made her feel so stupid, They really thought those dogs were ours. She didnt know I lived with "the pitbulls" until the end of our conversation when I set the story straight. Find those people and get justice for your dogs because they will keep doing it and keep bugging about them. We were always afraid that someone would do that to us but it never happened and I cant imagine what my father would have done if someone dared to step on our property to do that, I think he would have found a spot in the woods with his gun and waited for them to come back

speaking of poetry...i heard a good one the other day...... He is your friend , your partner, your defender, your dog. you are his life, his love, and his leader. he will be yours, faithful and true, to the last beat of his heart, you owe it to him to be worthy of such devotion.

Sorry to hear about your dogs. Had three of mine poisoned with anti freeze and ended up two died. I like yall do not know who did it but I have a notion that I might and if I ever see him again I will not think twice about kicking the number 2 out of him. It is a long story and it is not our first run in. Just wish I knew his name or something other than his face. I had a half lacy and a half mountain cur that would have done anything in this world for me and it really is a kick to the gut when something like this happens. The other was half catahoula and half ause that was really looking good(know an australian shepard is a weird hog dog but they do have a lot of heart and stay with them) the final dog was just a LITTLE pup about 9 weeks old but thank goodness she lived although she is pretty small still she is alive and doing good. It was bad enough on me that we are looking hard for another place to live out of town. I really feel yalls pain and although this happened a couple of months ago I still get all worked up about it. Thanks for letting me rant and rave for a min.
