Well to start, myself and son in law Robert got invited to hunt with Kenny and his brother,Jimmy John, fine folks.  As Kenny said the hunt started great and then went to sh-- over in the hay. Crazy dogs every where, bays, broken bays so many hogs the dogs didn't know which ones to bay from 100yd to 975 at times ..  We thought we had one close so we cut the bulldogs  loose, then went silent ,then a yip then silent so decided to go in that direction to see what is going on.  While on the trail  Kenny  ran in to an electric fence in the middle of the super thick hay grazer and it had to be super hot because he couldn't get off so Robert and Jimmy went to help him, I think they bounced him off...  Sorry  Kenny had to tell that part .. Grin finally see the dogs, Jimmy's dog is  poked in the gut and my bulldog cut to sh** one poke all thru the back leg and another under the front leg to the shoulder 7 in.  Robert fixed Jimmy's in the field thanks to Jimmy's wife's sewing kit. We got my bulldog home and it took 27 staples to seal his gash up. Kenny finally see's the hog haul butt with Robert's bulldog on it ear running on his hind legs Kenny tried to catch a leg but it was so big Kenny couldn't get his hands around the ankle of,,( Kenny got  big hands too) and off it ran ..shook the dog off and was gone  Shocked  Kenny said it was 425 to 475 .. next time it going to be the ruff dogs of Kenny's ,i see why he runs the ruff dogs bad a-- hogs there...
Some pics of my dogs all are rescue and one stray and will have the other 2 pics of Roberts that are also rescue dogs ..
We both enjoyed it so much thanks for a great hunt and time to Kenny and jimmy  Grin

Ya man i tell you what. I have seen a few bigs hogs in my life and this one was one of the top hogs that for sure man. That bulldog you got split or some name like that man is a soldier for sure.  I was following my bros dog on the gps and i had my bro and buddy bob with me. We could hear the hog grunting we were not but 30 yards from the hog according to the gps. And then a.ll the sudden my bros dog was headed back to the truck so i sent my bro and buddy to check on him for i knew it could not be good man. As they headed to the truck i headed to the grunt using a gps as a flashlight. Got to this monster and had the system in one hand and with the other tried to leg this thing wich as obviously not gonna happen. He was massive and that little bull dog of his was locked on dangling from the ear. Well anyways i may have been wrong about the weight with the excitement and adrenaline but it was huge to say the least. I hope we can do it again man. You have great dogs and lets keep improving them with more exposure same as mine they can only get better and smarter if we hunt them. Thanks for coming and hunting.
