We caught a hog a couple hours ago and we were watering them and our bulldog pissed blood... Never seen this before and was wondering what it could be??

  Keep a good watch on him i have seen dogs die several days later. this is an interal injury.

I had a bay dog get kidney stones once and the only time he pissed blood was when he hunted... Vet said he must have been getting them stirred up while he was doing all the running and started passing them...

My son and I had a great strike dog named Gunner that died the same way. He went hunting and when we came home he would not eat the same as before. It took about a week and then he died!  He was a great dog!

As said before, better keep a close eye on him,....if he stops urinating or keeps passing blood when he does, a visit to the vet might save you a good dog.....this is something not to be taken lightly.
