Alan,

Are you going to be able to take yours in and out by yourself?  I know it is ackward with it being oversized.

I already have. I have a picture holding Bryan's box over my head. His is the lightest one though.

Looking good!

Boarninja, can you take a pic of how you mounted them. I know you said you were gonna use the Polaris bed attachment parts but I wanted to see how it came together. Dont worry about it if its too much trouble.
Thanks - Keith Rand

Sure bud! I actually took some pictures to show it in case somebody asked to see it and I will take more if needed. I was using 4 ranger locks on mine but stick-n-move forgot to order his so I loaned him two of mine.
After you get them installed, no tools are involved. Lift four latched in a matter of seconds and the box is ready to be lifted off.
I'll post them whan I get home.

Thanks brother, that is sure gonna be handy! I wonder what weight the locks are rated for? Cant wait to see pics brother, thanks again!

Aluminum is a beautiful thing!

A few pictures of the Ranger locks. The really anchor the box down nice and solid. Lift the latches and pop the box right out in seconds.

Yall got the wheels turning in my head with those boxes.  I've been sittin here wondering how I can build one to fit my Artic Cat.  The bed is a little smaller but I think I could cram about five dogs back there if I really needed to.  I weld iron but not alluminium.  I might just have to give it a try.  They look way too fine not to try it, and I like the weight difference.  Thanks for showing off.  LOL

One question about the water container on the box, is there a reason you went with the neck style filler rather than a typical screw on lid on the top of the water container?  And how do you dispense the water out of the container?  I really like the idea and it will be super handy for washing hands, cuts, and watering dogs.  Very well thought out.

His Florida buddy has a top fill spout.  He thought it would be easier to fill if it was "outside" the box.  Less water dripping down inside the box.  The exit hole is just inside the box under the driver side diamond plate.  Alan is going to put an elbow and valve coming out.  I'm sure he will post pics once he is finished.  The exit hole is 1/2".

I'm wanting to see some pics with his dogs inside the box.  I want to see what kind of room he has in there.  Can't wait to see swine up top.

Matt, I ended up using a 1/2" quarter turn ball valve on my water tank. I also installed a 20" length of hose so that I can pull it out of the box for hand washing, cleaning stuff, and watering dogs on the ground if needed.
I will get some more pictures of it when I get home.
To avoid running wires for lighting, I installed a big battery powered LED light for the interior of my box that works pretty well so far. Im eager to see how long it last after a few bouncy hunts though. I have my doubts.
