Hit the wood this morning with Little Joe, CheChe, and Jeremy bright and early. Blue rolled out and we had a bay within 15 minutes and walked the catch dogs within 30 yds and cut em loose. And as has happend a couple times lately the hog broke and made a circle and came right through us. he looked like a greyhound stretchin out there with the dogs hot on his tail. (Note to self, i need a faster dog lol) the dogs then proceeded to run the little bugger a mile and a half and ended up baying him in a pond. My AB bigun made the whole trip. We had gotten off the property we cut loose on and Me and Joe went to talk to the land owners and CheChe and Jeremy went ahead of us to the dogs. On our way to the dogs the guys called and said the hog was in a deep pond and swimming. Long story shorter, ended up with CheChe's bulldog drowned but we got the hog and mine and Jeremy's pups did an incredible job of baying. He wasnt real big but he was a long winded thing and mean!!

He didnt have much cutters but he had the longest whetters...dogs had little stabs all over

Can't say that dog was not committed to the catch. Congrats, I guess.  Huh?

Big Ben,

We planned a morning hunt and an evening hunt so i was saving Tink for the evening hunt. I dont like to have too many pups on the ground at once. Tink has a tendency to want to dick around when there are other pups.
