at my new place I'm thinkin' about taking those carports that are 20 ft long and they have runners bout 6 foot apart. have the north side fully tinned then run my 4x4 square utility panels to split it up into 4 5x16 5 ft high kennels. Just a thought right now though.

from experance 4x4 panel is too big not saying that your dogs will fight but theirs always that chance and trust me they will fight through that the smaller panel worked better for me jmo

These work well for me.  They just need barrels.  They are 4x8.

A little over $500.  I used 2x6's instead of 2x4's, and 3/4" plywood instead of 1/2".

I used 2x8 for the floor with about 1" gap, EZ to clean and the wood can dry.My first kennel is about 18 years old and wood is still good.

I have a row of 7 kennels. 6x8 with a perch in it. Size works good for me. Metal roof. slab.

I use chains and cable runs in the air mosly,I use kennels for pups and gyps i heat.....here ia a sketch I made for a friend it is kinda " if I was rich instead of good looking plans)  Wink  this plan has indoor/outdoor kennels on one side a storage area in the center with cable runs on the oposite side with fence around the whole thing for pups to run etc.

Here is some I built last year, just finished runnung a water line down to them and I will have lights in them by Christmas I hope.  I built out of wood because of cost savings and the grade that I built on really only allowed for a elevated deck.  I really enjoy having them and my dogs like them too.

The pannel is cut bigger than the opening and wired on one side.  Held closed with a snap.

I can also move mine with a the loader of my tractor if I feel the need.  I have moved one set when I made my yard bigger.  I also loaded a set that I sold.  The others are really nice.  I cant justify spending that much money.  Good luck with what ever you do.

2"x8" for the whole deck it is pretty stout. That deck is 72' long and 14' deep.
