I just had a gentleman call me.  He found a dog wearing WBUSA/Ugly Dog vest (solid black vest) near Abilene.  It is a male dog.   All you hog hunters please get the word out so we can find the owner.  Thanks.

Thanks all - the dog and owner have been reuinited.  Another happy ending.

You know, it would really be a good idea for people to start putting their names and phone numbers on vests and make sure they always have a collar with their name on it. As soon as I get a new tracking system I'm going to bring all the collars over to R-P Outdoors in Mansfield and pay them to put tags on all of them. If you like your dog, make sure he has a way home.

It's a good to have them tag...I found a dog that got hit on the highway a few miles from my place Tue. morning. seen the collars as i past realized they were hunting collar's went back and they were tags with name and ##'s. It sucked to call them got the wife and she went to crying,, but the guy and his brother both called later and thanked me for stopping and calling them dog was 30 miles from where they live , they would have never found him..
