Me and Alan ( hogsndogs84 ) drove back up to Farmersville again to hunt with Paul ( Raider54 ) , his son Caleb and his girlfriend Sadie, and 3 newbies from Dallas. Hunt starts off pretty slow with the dogs not showing too much.... Paul got his dog Fred a new pair of hunting boots for Christmas, but he forgot to put on his thermal socks, so Fred runs back up to the truck to get them...   ...As Fred is coming back, mine and Alans dogs roll out a few hundred yards, and we hear my pup Molly open up. The other dogs join in and Fred heads to them....Over the next hour or so, dogs are split up all over the place and all of them are covering ground. Fred and my Saddleback gyp finally get their hog stopped so we cut the CDs Meathead and Max loose....We get to the hog and only Max and Saddleback are there....Sadie sticks the little boar and once the hog is finished, Max hauls butt....we can hear the other dogs bayed a few hundred yards away and head to them....we get there and Meathead and Max both have a good sow caught on the edge of the creek....we get her legged and let one of the newbies stick her...he takes a few steps in the water and almost goes head deep in the creek.... ..... we end up calling it a hunt after getting the hogs out for more sausage..... Once again, another successful hunt.......that Paul and his dogs got to be a part of.......  Sadie, Max, and Caleb with the sow  Me and Alan with the sow  Caleb and Max with the Boar  Sadies new XXXtreme Hog Doggin Knife....Pretty Awesome!!  Max and Meathead  |

How come all the " hot spots " you take me to are thickets?!?!  lol Just Kidding!! IM READY!!! Fed the dogs extra food, gave em alittle more hay, and kissed them all good night so they will hunt good tomorrow!! Gotta make Team XXXtreme Hog Huntin California Famous!!!  |

Most people love him, I have a couple of haters out there that say he Cant Catch, Wont Catch, Never has Caught, Misses All the Time....Bla Bla Bla......... Dont look like he misses all the time........... Thanks for the compliment.. |
