power plant mech/welder(4-10hr day), welding on the side also, have about 100 cows, custom bale hay and plow, day work if i get a chance, and anything else to make a dollar!! oh and hog hunt every chance i get  |

Firefighter/medic....I'm a Lt. with a municipal fire dept. Got a little over 23 years under the belt so I'm getting closer to retirement every shift. That little pinpoint of light at the end of the tunnel is now a big ole' glowing bulb that gets brighter every day. I can't wait until I can retire and hopefully do more of what I like and less of what I don't.

Helping my dad run an oilfield service company that my grandpa started in '67. Welding on rigs, Blow Out Preventer nippling up and testing, casing cleaning and drifting, tool rentals. Also bailing our own hay in the summer and working our cows (about 300). Sell some hay. Trap coyotes and beavers on our places and others. Just try to keep a little cash in my pocket to feed my addiction for guns and knives. Bout to build a 100'x40' shop behind my house to do some welding on the side and crawfish cookin'.

Fulltime student at Texas A&M. Put in about 35 hrs a week between 2 ranches. And do some welding, make brands and whatever else to make a buck when I have the chance.

Teacher/Coach for the past 12 years. Love my job, but the coaching side doesn't give me much time to get in the woods. Bout to finish my masters and have principals certificate...that will give me a lot more time in the woods. Pretty excited about that as you can see. |
