Does anyone know where I could buy a reverse or black and tan cur. Have had threeand they all have been great.

i dont know of a reverse dog but there are a few guys on here that have some.

I've got one that I've worked with a little. He's been on about two hunts and he hunted out good.Year and a half. I'm in east tx though. You can call me @903 6816031.

no need to attack  the man just cause its something you dont know about.    this has been talked about a few times on here and if thats what the man says it is and can show pictures like was done on another post he should not be questioned..

They are black with a yellow mask and yellow feet.All that I have seen have come from Yellow parents.

there is a guy here in lufkin that gets a yellow saddle backs out of his ybmc there are really good looking dogs

Well I would have to say that my one of my main strike dogs is a reverse black mouth and boy does he look good. O and I'm from louisiana so it's not a texas or oklahoma thing.  Wink

I have both Yellow and what I call Saddleback dogs (from the same litters) and some of you guys are confusing me.  Are you referring to dogs that look like this, or more what I would call a Black and Tan Cur which is mostly black with tan trim?

So reverse cur refers to the reverse coloration pattern of the traditional black mouth curdog. I can relate to that. Grin
