Where is it so everyone can avoid the neighboring property?

I know of a man around Sharlet ,Tx that had a dog shot by a deer hunter just because the dog followed a hog out of a high fenced area . Don’t know any details of what happened legally but that was one PO man. I was told that the shooter had ten acres leased next to this high fence with a deer stand up next to the fence . He told the dog owner that the dog might run one of his deer!!!!!!!
I think if the land owner wants to protect HIS HOGS he should be required to put up a hog proof fence around his property and any hog that gets out be considered astray livestock so he can pay for the damages his hogs cause to the property around him .

Surely he has an avenue that he can take to prosecute.  Check with leonriverboy or David Stokes.
