Went hunting with some friends on Saturday night in Mt. Vernon Texas. All I have is young dogs so I've got some work ahead of me but was real pleased with they way they performed Saturday night. We turned all the dogs loose and within 20minutes by buddies cur dog and my red dog Tater (thanks Ben) were bayed solid 600 yards out and had a 110ish lb sow. Before we even got to them my buddies other dogs and my red gyp was with them had bayed a 100 or so lb. All said and done we ended with 2 hogs and a good time/ good practice for my dogs.
