It was a blast. I don't know if anyone got a picture of it, but I kind of had to assess things when Jesse Paul rode his mule off like a 3 foot high rock ledge onto a slick rock in that canyon. I know I joke that my little nag is part mountain goat, but he didn't have anything on JP's Jack Benny Mule. It was a little scary riding off into canyon country knowing your tour guide is on a seasoned mule and the rest of us were just on horses! I was starting to think I was way under mounted. All of our horses handled it just fine, but pictures can't capture the descents and inclines we rode on those poor horses. The sparks flying off the shoes on the steep downward grades at night with the flash lights off was really pretty cool. It let you know just how hard those horses were having to work to keep on tracking.

FUN FUN FUN.

Cheers
