I posted the story about the Hunt From Hell. Well, I have not been back there since that nite. The people that own the place called Chris today and asked him if he would take them on a hunt there Saturday. No one has hunted this place in years. The hogs there are big and mean. Thousands probably by now.  I'm a little concerned, but I am going along to video and take pics. We will be taking Butch, Rip, Jack, Flash, Rio, Dan and Jazzy on this hunt. We usually don't take that many dogs, but we expect to catch a lot of hogs and are sure most will have huge tusks. We have bayed up groups of 20-30 big hogs at one time 6-7 years ago.  Cannot imagine how many are there now. As far as I know no one has hunted it since us. Hope it all works out and we don't need any vet care.  Wish us luck. I will post story and pics when we get home.

Good luck man,.....it seems that for me, these places of great expectation seldom are as good as expected,....but I hope this place is better than you have hoped. Let us know how it went.

well, it was more grown up than I remembered.  LOL  First hog was in such horrible thick brush and rosehedges adn thorns. By the time I got to the hog, they were already dragging it out.  Horrible. The second and third ones were pretty fast and I never made it to those. The fourth one was pretty far off behind a wall of rose hedges so I didnt even try that one.  Only got one pic.  I will post it later. Going back again soon. This place is so bad, it really takes the fun out of teh hunt.
