Thank you guys and gals very much for the invite.  I always have a good time with this crew.  Lance I am glad you were able to stay and hunt.  Chris I am glad you can share your knowledge with a rookie like me.  All I can do now is watch my computer since I can't afford to pay for your advice(even if its only "your 2 cents").  The one thing I did take from you today Chris is how to dismount a mule before crazy things happen.  Matt I believe your story is a little off it was more like Bark Bark Bark squeal, squeal, squeal, squeal, bark bark squeal.  Drive over over pass bark bark grunt,  Mike lookin at tracks then "oh #### turn em loose" bark bark grunt.  Mike we weren't too far off guessed the two boars at 180 and 190.

Thomas,

You know, I figured it out. I bought them the regular sized kolaches. Had I bought them the JUMBO ones, we likely would have been on JUMBO hogs - like 400 pounders with 5 inch teeth.

One day, I will prove it  Grin

     Thomas,
If you spend enough time on the computer, you won't ever have to set foot in the woods. Since it is the season of giving, I am gonna go ahead and offer your second lesson free too!  Gonna hit the woods tomorrow afternoon. Do you think you can make it?

Somebody has their priorities mixed up.  Hunting vs Working and you chose working Shocked

Keep studying though... In time you will get things figured out. One day, you too will be a "real" hog hunter, instead of just an internet hog hunter. Wink

Nice hunt....seven hogs is a heck of a day. Sounded like a good time and a good friends. Lance is about like me....willing to drive to get out of the deer hunters. He makes a hand on legging those hogs.

Sounds like y'all had one heck of an outing.  Congrats on all the pork.  Just wish there were more people around this area to hook up with and hunt new country without having to drive 2-3 hrs min.  Got the rest of the new pack coming wed and going to turn out sat and see what happens on some real piggy country.  Congrats again on a successful outing and a good time as well.

James, the only reason i bailed out of Chris's mule was because i was missing a hill to climb so bad.  Didn't have one handy so that ravine had to suffice.  sometimes you have to make your own adversity, especially when you're hunting in a mule with surround sound.  Grin
