This is probably the heaviest hog i've ever caught. He was 385# gutted... so we figured him at least 450# live weight. He was a barr hog Sean and I caught in the national forest 3 or 4 years back.

This one is the longest cutters on a hog i've ever caught. We caught him in the national forest also in Feb. of 2005. He was also a barr and had 4 1/2" and 4 5/8" long tusks.

This is this year's best hog, 344# and scored 644 WWT.

502lbs

Cutters were surgically removed.  Breeder boar that was imported from Canada to a nearby game farm.  Been running loose for over 8 yrs.  Nonetheless, he was one hell of a fight!

Dont know what he weighed but he was heavy. The guy standing beside him is a friend of ours and this hog like to cut him to pieces. We had this boar bayed in a flat when we arrived we could tell he was a big one. All of the dogs were about 20ft from this hog and the catch dogs were on the way. My buddy decided he wanted a closer look as he tried to get a closer look that big boar charged him and luckly he had already drawn his pistol and shot him in the nose deflecting the hog away from him. He ran a little ways and stopped and there way those darn catch dogs boy was i glad to see them.
