I got a three month old pup and every time he eats within a few minutes he vomits his food up. Every time he does it, has alot of air bubbles in vomit and then he eats it again been happening since he started on solid food at three to four weeks of age. Was hoping he might grow out of it but  frame size he's as big as litter mates just real skinny. Current on wormer and shots dont think his problem is catchy because most time his litter mates help eat what he vomits and they're fine. Just wondering if anyone seen anything like this he's full of energy and at three months will bay hogs in round pen for hours.

does he eat real fast?.....alot of times pups and even some ground dogs will chow down their food and not chew it up or eat too much and through it all back up.....I would start to feed him by himself(so he doesnt have to rush) and i would put a large rock or brick in the middle of his food pan were he has to eat around it....it will give his stomach more time to digest and expand to fit more food in....ymo...hope this help, Mrs. Kbar

Yea he eats fast and thats what I thought at first but thought he'd be old enough now that shouldn't happen but I am going to start penning him by his self to eat and try that awhile to see if he will gain any weight.

BQM, You can also "float" his foot with water. Add just enough that the food floats around, he can't inhale it that way, without choking himself, and it will teach him to slow down.
