Our team members were Brian Robinson from Oakwood, me (Joshua Gregory), Ty Angel (T.Angel), and Rick O'Neil (ktchemwcurs).  We hunted our tails off for this tournament.  Started at mid-night and hunted the entire time except for the 6 hrs we slept.  We caught 13 hogs (I think) the first day.  Bayed two nice sounders Saturday that gave us some pigs.  Day one we had a gross weight around 1800,  and a day one top ten weight around 1500.  Sunday morning we bayed a HUGE boar hog that got away from us.  That was the only good hog we lost.  Of course the big one got away when you need it most.  Caught two more nice boars and called it a day.  We put together a nice string of ten hogs for 1,740 pounds.  So I guess that put us in 4th place on Heaviest 10.  Total weight on the weekend was over 2,100 pounds.  We caught 7 nice boars, all with dangerous type cutters.  We were lucky we only got one minor cut and Brian's dog lost a K9 tooth.  I wished we had taken more pictures.  We turned in our hogs Saturday and as we were catching them so we don't have a picture of all the hogs together.  Big thanks to Brian Robinson for having us out and hunting all that beautiful country.

Sure wished I had some pictures of Brian Robinson and his dogs or hogs he caught.  We turned the hogs in so quick we never stopped for pictures...

I'll see ya'll guys at Los Cazadore's Murranos Muertos this next weekend.

Rick got in a fight with a briar thicket on the way to one of his bays...lol.

Two of Rick's boars.

Ty Angel

Ty's boar caught with his yellow dogs.

Caught this boar last minute.  It was pure hell getting the dogs off him and getting him pulled out of that creek.

EM R Fighting Words....  And the source of which is probably because Rick took your spot on the team!!!
Don't get mad at us because you chose to stay home and pick on pregnant girls instead of doing battle with grown men.

OK, look up jelous in the dictionary and It has a picture of Cull Buck as an example Grin
Well this was my first tournament and the first time that I have hunted with unfamiliar country and people. Just want to let you know that Brian, Josh, Ty, you are some dang good godly fellers. I had the weekend of a lifetime. These guys had good dogs, and not just one or two, they had a pack. Not to mention, Brian's family, You cant find people like that and I was blessed to spend a week end with them. The country that we hunted was just awsome. It was beutiful + water = lots of hogs. Even though my dogs let the big one get away, i will make sure next time,,,well there won't be a next time. I want to give a big thanks to Josh for inviting me and giving me the chance to meet good people like Brian and Ty. Ty if you ever need anyone to hunt with you, all you have to do is call. It was an awsome week end guys and thank you for the prayers before the hunt to pork chops that Brians wife cooked. THANKS EVERYONE
