I need some new vests. But, we dont use a catch dog. We have very gritty dogs and train them to be gritty. Good or Bad that just how we do it.
So, I need a vest that the dog can be very mobile yet protect him very good at the same time.
Any Suggestions?

A bay vest from southern cross cut gear works real well for those kind of dogs.

I dont want a bay vest, not tough enough.
Scared half vest wont protect the rib cage.
I like both the razorback and the cut vest from uglydog. Price is sure different though, is it because razor is kevlar?
See in the ad. how the ugly dog cut vest is very loose btween the dogs legs that is where my dogs take the most abuse.

(pig picker) i dont know where about you live but there is a little outdoor store (tejas outdoors) down the road from me in alto, texas. you can take your dog in there and they will measure your dog and make the vest acording to how big your dog is. i run there vest on all my dog i have had a couple vest for about 4 years and its still in good shape, they hold up pretty good. I dont want a bay vest, not tough enough.

Upstate, there are a lot more pigs in the low state near the coast but the migration is on and the we have quite a few in the upstate in spots.
We cant hunt at night or bait hogs during other hunting seasons, so we have alot going against us.
The DNR isnt real smart for the regs. they have. We will be over run like texas and florida in a couple more years.
