It burns me up when we get 2 miles from the truck and taking turns dragging or leaving a hog behind. All I see is dollar signs being left behind or food gone to waste. SO I did alil research and bought this today. I can't wait for it to come...

What kind of terrain do you hunt on?  Dont think that would help down here in South Texas.  There would be no way to get that in and out of the brush.

If you can't use that get you a back pack and some heavy duty trash bags and de-bone the hog or quater it up.  I've carried a whole lot of pork out of the woods this way.

You dont need one of those. This is lot easier it just requires a little more maintanence and it beats the heck out of walking.

I don't have the land for horses. I thought about the back pack and garbage bags. I'd still have to carry it out tho. Where I hunt at. One point you can get a truck close by. I hunt alot of farm land and public land in Oklahoma. Since i'm a disabled soldeir this fits in just RIGHT!!

i hate to waste meat also but are you really gonna pull that cart with you around the woods or after you been walking to bays all morning or night do you really feel like hiking back in? i had to decide a long time ago that sometimes we have to help gods other creatures by killing them a hog or two and leaving it behind for the easy meal that way everybody gets to eat....lol

Leonidas where you at in Oklahoma?  A older man that used to hunt with us had a permit to drive his four-wheeler on public land. That might be something to check into if you have a four wheeler

those things are GREAT! my dad and i each have an aluminum one we use them when we bow hunt in NY.  make sure to put some extra rope or bunge cords on it though to strap your game down (learned the hard way) lol
