All I know is that Foxxy better not be the only Sight Hound in her category. She is totally into the idea of being a show dog. Krystal, will there be outlets available so I can air poof her coat after I bathe her and before her class?

We are also bringing a hand full of our herding dogs. I have been SO excited about this since Krystal and her posse decided to make it not just for coon hunters. Gonna show Foxxy in the non sanctioned bench show in sight hounds, Lena or Palin (depending on whose coat is having a good hair day that day) in the herding/ stockdog class, and hopefully will get some help from Mr Ford with Chip the crazy neurotic border collie of Chris'.

I would love to see some Coon Jumping. Have heard of it, but never seen it done.

Cheers

Will all of this be going on at once, or will there be time slots for demos? I want to attend the blood trailing seminar as well. I was also thinking that next year we need you to put on a farm and ranch dog trial too. Farm and ranch is much more like the real thing in that the dog must pull stock off the herd, move it into a bigger pen, pen it in a small pen set out in the wide open, and re pen the stock. Much better than regular trial classes.

There could also be instinct testing on hogs or a baying, and some pig races. Okay, the pig races are purely for my own enjoyment. I am going to really make you pull your hair out getting ready for next year!

Hey Mandi, I've got a sighthound looking thing I could bring but I don't think she'd hold up to the crowd so well.  I'm not sure which critters we're gonna haul yet other than the kids.  We're not exactly blessed with dogs that are easy on the eyes. Cheesy

DeMoon, sorry I just saw your post. I am sure the show coat will be fine. Just bathe her up really good and spray a little healthy hair care on her. Just a spritz.

Lance, please bring foxy some competition! I would rather take 4th out of 4 than 1st out of 1.

Cheers
