Just curios to see how many of us are from South Texas, I mean like south of San Antonio. I am from the Rio Grande Valley but work and hunt in the Hebbronville, Falfurrias area.

Does anyone know of any bay competitions further south then the ones in Mcoy or Pearsal. There are alot of hoghunter down around here, I figured there would be some other bay comps closer down here. Kinda of a pain the butt to drive 2 hours for a bay comp.

I don't know of any comps, the last one I went to was in Pearsall about 5 or 6 years ago. The only thing we do over here is hunt as much as we can.

Im from Hondo. I know that is west of SA.
And as far as bay pens, Pearsall was shut down last I heard. maverick10 can probably confirm that. He's the one that told me Roger sold all of his hogs and quit.

I'm planning on moving to Three Rivers ASAP. Looking for a house or a few acres in that area, if anyone knows of any let me know. I hunt a lot between Freer and Encinal. No dogs allowed on that ranch though.
