The black coloring on some of their backs, how long does it take to fade away.  I had a pup born that is 1/4 BMC, she looks just a like one but I noticed that black coloring down the back and was wondering if it will fade away.

Most of it will burn off around 8 or 9 weeks old. But also depends on how dark the markings are. I have seen a few pups that are nearly black at birth but will burn down to the dark lineback with usually full black masks.
