Cheesy I watched an episode of Animal Cops Houston today and they were rescuing a bunch of feral hogs because their pen was muddy.  laugh  Those people are cracking me up! They cant release them, and they cant adopt them out as pets. So what the heck?  Did anyone else see this?

Yea, the guys couldn't get in the pen without being attacked so they put a noose on the top part of the hogs snout to drag it into the trailer. Then they spent the next few minutes explaining to the camera that they didn't hurt it and that the hogs just make a lot of noise when they are upset. SO POLITICAL!

Most hog pens are muddy plus if it rains any, they will make a dry pen muddy in a hurry. None of them were skinny, just muddy.

I had to go out and help a couple of our "agriculture" deputies a year or two back.  They were impounding four hogs froma guy, becuase the pen was too small. and filled with mud and poop.    I thought it was funny the Ag deputy didnt know chit about pigs and wouldnt grab any of them.  Used a k-9 catch pole from Animal Services and drug them out..  Crappy part (no pun intended) was i was in full uniform they were in boots and jeans.. Got to go home afterwards though..  Wink  Should i feal bad tax dollars paid for me to play with pigs all day??  Cheesy
