The last operator we hired started at 15 hr with no programing and very little setup exp we work about 45 to 50 hrs a week but Oklahoma has a very low cost of living Which helps alot it's a small town if you go to the city they pay around 18 20 for operator but wecare in a small town

Ive had the last 3 weekends off, which is normal this time of year. Water pump went out on my truck so had to replace it today.

Just training, no guns. We get a 4 day kill season in Nov, and a 14 day season in Dec.
