Question on collars

I'm looking at 2 type collars, nylon collar or beta collar?? What is the best??

Pros and Cons of both.

Nylon tough and lasts forever if you get quality. but will stink with dog odor, skunk odor ect.

Beta is nice but only get a couple years before it cracks and looks bad, but easy to keep clean won't hold odors

i like the beta, JMO easier to keep clean and skunk hounds wear them best
