Blake and 2 of his buddy's met me on Saturday morning @ 5am.  Turned loose my 2 dogs, Stew and Superman, and Blake turned loose his 2 Zig and his plott, and we walked Jane and Dozer.  Went about 400 yards in and Zig struck about 2oo yards out.  First bark and i cut my Dozer dog loose because Blake had mention that the hogs run, run on this place.  Jane was cut loose shortly after that.  SOunded like the boar broke once and went about another 100 yards and was stop and caught in a really thick creek bottom.  This place is a jungle.  Basically have to crawl in to get the hog.  Boar never squeel or anything.  I figured we were on allot bigger hog but 200 pd is to bad.  Blake had a guy with him that hadn't ever stuck a boar so he got an excited first stick.  When we finally got in there i think every dog had a peice of meat in there mouth.  Dozer and Jane did a good job getting there from a little ways out to help stop this runner.  Sorry don't have any pictures of Blakes dogs but I'm sure he will post.  Good hunt with some good people.  Probably going to be taking a little break for a couple weeks, this hot weather has got to give!  Good luck to everyone.

Good hunt! I think this is the boar that has been giving us the slip for the last few hunts out there. Called and told Brian to bring a few rough dogs and sure enough it worked like a charm and we got him stopped. Here are a few more pics of the dogs! Brian I am with you this heat is no fun! I think I lost about 5 pounds of sweat before it was even daylight.LOL
